Who we are in search of

We are searching for a highly qualified Lead Irrigation Technician to help build our irrigation service division. This is a new division for us, and your role is to help us build the division into our company.

Responsibilities

• Perform startups, winterizations, and service work on irrigation systems of both residential and commercial clients
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation system issues and make necessary repairs
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used
• Recommend upsells and improvements to clients and leads
• Serve as the point person for our irrigation division
• Give input to build, organize, and grow this division into the future

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of irrigation experience required
• General knowledge of landscaping, lawncare, and lighting
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Demonstrated knowledge of irrigation techniques, procedures, and best practices
• Experience in service based businesses, especially high growth situations
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Attention to detail and problem solving skil
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
