Description of Requirements/Duties:

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance & landscape construction techniques
• Demonstrate problem solving skills and ability to manage crew members.
• Possess strong attention to detail
• Supervise & responsibility for Crew(s) on sites.
• Train new crew members to achieve skillset and reach company quality standards.
• Direct the crew as needed to properly perform the project at hand.
• Communicate observations & problems to Account Mangers
• Ensure that crew members understand proper use of equipment by directing/training the crew on the proper use of equipment.
• Manage Worksite Safety: Instruct and train crew members on safe operation of equipment and use of personal safety equipment. Immediately report any employee injury to Branch Manager verbally and by written report.
• Build a strong relationship with your Team.
• Work under adverse weather conditions, including extreme hot and cold and various humidity or moisture levels.
• Must be 21 years of age to apply
• Willingness to work in the field and help crews with installations
• Profeciant in all Landscape installation techniques and procedures
