Position Details
Location: Remote position, but should live in Ohio (Columbus, Cleveland, or Toledo) so you can come into the office occasionally
Compensation: $120K - $130K (based on experience)
Travel: Project-based travel on an as-needed basis

Position Description
As the Land Development Civil Engineer, you will help plan residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use developments in the Great Lakes region of the U.S. You will assist with fieldwork and in preparing engineering related calculations, design drawings, specifications, and visual aids. Other tasks include researching, collecting, and entering data, and applying technical principles to assist in interpreting and analyzing data. You will review submittals and technical documents to assess compliance with project requirements and prepare draft documents. You will prepare CAD drawings in accordance with NECS standards and under the guidance of a CAD designer.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
- 8 or more years of land development experience (residential, commercial, and industrial).
- Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- An interest in site plan design, grading, stormwater management, & utilities.
