Kennel Attendant Job at Turn Key Ridge Labradors
Position: Kennel attendant
We are looking for PART time applicants to help us with our facility. This position includes daily care for our pets including but not limited to: feeding, cleaning, walking, monitoring play groups, helping to organize play groups. We are a team here and really want to keep the team dynamic to work together. We want a self-motivated, friendly, and outgoing applicant that is comfortable around multiple dogs at once. It is also important that this applicant is comfortable with all different types, sizes and temperaments of dogs.
Requirements:
1. We highly encourage and want to see evidence of animal handling experience as it is very important to understand dog behavior prior to handling them.
2. Flexible schedule: We would prefer candidates who have a flexible schedule.
3. Must be able to work major holidays. Due to the nature of the boarding business, we are busiest during holidays such as Spring break, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Xmas.
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Expected start date: Immediate
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

- Elkader, IA 52043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Pet Daycare & Boarding Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
