The Junior Workday/Administrative Applications Analyst is a full-time, regular position working Monday through Friday, day shift hours. This position may have an opportunity to work remotely.

Summary: This position is responsible for the daily support and maintenance of the required application systems to support the business of Inland Imaging Business Associates and its customers, with special focus on ERP systems (business management). This includes existing software solutions such as Workday HCM and Financials, QGenda, and Service Now. Support of these applications and processes are critical to the efficiency of our business and our external customer relationships. This support includes but are not limited to the departments of Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll and IT.
The Workday/Application analyst provides a full range of services to Inland Imaging Business Associates and its customers demonstrating initiative and self motivation to achieve results. Services must be provided in a timely, efficient manner. Must be able to work effectively and efficiently to identify and resolve multiple issues in a fast paced office environment. This position must demonstrate professionalism to the client in order to positively affect customer’s impression of our support. Ability to demonstrate business knowledge by taking business theory and applying it to actual situations – ensures that thought processes are prioritized and the long term impact of decisions are considered.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Enters, prioritizes, and escalates service tickets via the ticket system.
- Maintains professional positive attitude that communicates our brand to our clients.
- Works directly with customers, via the phone, onsite, and online, to provide services and help resolve application issues.
- Responds promptly to customer needs, escalates difficult customer situations, and solicits customer feedback to improve service.
- Works independently to resolve general administrative application issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to analyze individual issues in order to achieve overall application efficiency.
- Configures, tests, implements, documents and manages new applications and systems.
- Assists with continual process improvement activities; service packs, upgrades, training, etc.
- Creates training plans and conducts training for users on applications.
- Creates and manages the execution of work-flow based test plans for upgrades and new software deployments.Ensures the overall success of all upgrades.
- Interfaces and coordinates applications and systems with Infrastructure group - Systems Operations, Networks, Help Desk, and Field Support.
- Leads the deployments and projects of the Administrative Applications Systems team.
- Adheres to project plans and statement of work documents related to the implementation of various systems.
- Interface, communicate and maintain relationships with software vendors.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to include evenings and weekends for support and upgrades.
- Maintains and supports applications including, but not limited to the following:
- Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Cloud Connect, Payroll, Performance and Development, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, Time Tracking and Recruiting
- Workday Core Financials, Projects Billing, Expenses, Procurement, and Planning
- QGenda Scheduling
- Service Now and ConnectWiseTicketing Systems
- EchoOneApp Provider Credentialing
- Healthstream Learning Management System
- Accutime Time Clocks
- Smartsheet

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Experience & Knowledge: Two-four years of related experience including:
- Experience in supporting Enterprise Resource Planning system.
- Experience in supporting an automated scheduling system.Two-four years of experience in supporting employee timeclocks.
- Experience managing IT implementation projects/applications.Two-four years working with or supporting Workday.Two-four years working with or supporting QGenda.
- Experience working with or supporting ServiceNow.
- Experience in working in a healthcare setting.
- Fundamental knowledge of human resource and finance department functions.
- Computer Applications: Experience with the following computer applications is highly desired:Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Visio, Publisher)
- Drug Test: Eligible employees must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test which includes marijuana.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,854.40 - $97,302.40 per year
