 IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR Program Coordinator
 
 
 
 DUTIES: (Summary Only) As a Job Coach, you will learn the job specifics of assigned individuals’ 
 new jobs; develop task analysis for that job; instruct individuals about job specifics using the task 
 analysis; implement work adjustment techniques (including behavior support); may facilitate job 
 keeping classes and support groups; may assist with job development; may act as liaison with other 
 agencies associated with individuals assigned; may work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must 
 have reliable independent transportation with valid insurance, maintain a valid driver’s license, and be 
 able to travel extensively locally, use electronic billing system to generate reports for multiple 
 systems. Monitor adults with developmental disabilities. Provide training, supervision and habilitation 
 services in a variety of settings to individuals in basic skill areas, provide training and supervision in 
 production skills, vocational training, and other training in accordance with Individual Plans (IP); 
 utilizes systematic training methods and procedures to implement IP objectives; monitor individuals 
 development during training as outlined by individual plans; maintain an atmosphere of positive 
 interaction and encouragement; assignment area and individuals assigned may change based on the 
 needs of the agency. Assist individuals to achieve goals and programming as identified by IP; 
 facilitate communication with individuals through use of sign language, picture communication, and 
 sensory integration; promote positive behavior supports and techniques utilizing training in de-
 escalation, etc. Maintain accurate documentation of individual’s progress; participates in development 
 of IPs for individuals; assist in establishing goals and setting up programs to accomplish objectives; 
 prepares plans for instructional activity, obtain necessary materials and equipment for training activity. 
 Complete accident and incident reports as required. Work cooperatively with other staff, parents, 
 caseworkers, medical personnel, specialists, etc. Must demonstrate regular and punctual attendance.
 
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of age 18 with high school diploma or GED, valid First Aid/CPR 
 certification or ability to acquire, valid Driver’s License with valid insurance, less, than 6 points on 
 driving record, ability to perform the essential physical job demands with or without reasonable 
 accommodations. Successfully pass pre-employment background check, Abuser Registry check, and 
 Nursing Registry check, other registry checks as required by statute, post-offer physical exam 
 w/agility test, and drug test. 
SALARY $15.31 – $16.84 per hour- Based on experience
