What you'll do:
As part of the Quality Assurance Team, you will perform essential duties to appropriately clean and maintain the Unit. You will be assigned cleaning tasks throughout the day, including but not limited to dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows, Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners. Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.

A day as a Janitor:
  • Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed
  • Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot
  • Complete non-routine cleaning as directed
  • Remove garbage and recycling daily.
  • Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
  • Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped
  • Troubleshoot issues as necessary

Who you are:
  • 1+ years janitorial experience preferred
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts
  • Ability to work well under minimal supervision
  • Capacity to take direction
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
