IT SUPPORT – Help Desk
Responsibilities:
- Support of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products
- Train team members in technology, both one-on-one and in a group environment
- Collaborate with other IT team members for assistance when needed
- Escalate issues to Managed Services provider as needed
- Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
- Certifications highly desired:
- CompTIA A+
- MCSA: Windows 10
- MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure
- MCDST: Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
- MOS: Excel 2013 or Word 2013 or Outlook 2013
- Must have 3+ years in an IT support role within a corporate environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Outlook/Excel) required
- Previous ERP experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Install and provide technical support for workstations and network hardware and software
- Ability to install, configure, and support Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems
- Ability to positively work as part of a team
Direct Hire
$20-$30/hour – based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
