IT SUPPORT – Help Desk

Responsibilities:

  • Support of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products
  • Train team members in technology, both one-on-one and in a group environment
  • Collaborate with other IT team members for assistance when needed
  • Escalate issues to Managed Services provider as needed
  • Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
  • Certifications highly desired:
  • CompTIA A+
  • MCSA: Windows 10
  • MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure
  • MCDST: Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
  • MOS: Excel 2013 or Word 2013 or Outlook 2013
  • Must have 3+ years in an IT support role within a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Outlook/Excel) required
  • Previous ERP experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Install and provide technical support for workstations and network hardware and software
  • Ability to install, configure, and support Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems
  • Ability to positively work as part of a team

Direct Hire

$20-$30/hour – based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
