Lead Program Manager IT
The Program and Project Management job plans, organizes, and controls resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Under minimal supervision, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to manage large projects for the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.

  • Estimates the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of a project and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.

  • Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.

  • Monitors the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.

  • Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.

  • Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.

  • Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

The Scrum Master/IT Program/Project Manager job facilitates a cross functional agile collaborative team in iterative technology development. Under moderate supervision, this job communicates with the development team regarding scrum principles, helping the team to focus on sprint goals and to achieve their highest performance level to ensure the scrum project is successfully progressed. This job applies practical knowledge of the scrum principles in order to support on scope changes, Quality Assurance and other more technical aspects of the project.
Responsibilities
  • Supports the team by managing stakeholder expectations regarding target scope, schedule and budget
  • Advocates the scrum process and project progress by identifying impediments that hinder project progress
  • Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and iteration meetings
  • Handles the development tracking system to include product and sprint backlogs
  • Examines the progress of the sprint and helps teams estimate iteration deliverables and increase velocity
  • Ensures scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the development team and stakeholders to maximize the performance of the team
Required Skills:
  • 5 or more years of experience in IT Program/Project Management
  • Experience in SAFe Methodology
  • Hands on Experience in JIRA or JIRA Align or any similar tools
Preferred Skills:
  • CRM Experience
  • Certifications -SAFe, PSM etc
Base Pay Range: $107,300/yr. - $178,800/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
