Details:

Client is looking to bring on resources to provide helpdesk support. You will be responsible for end user support during the migration period via over the phone and in person support to address issues with the migration.

Details:

  • 2-5 years of previous IT troubleshooting experience
  • Helpdesk/Phone Support/Email Support
  • Windows, Mac OS
  • Active Directory, Powershell
  • Printer Assistance, Troubleshooting, PC maintenance
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • 5% Travel Needed (Cost will be bear by client or reimbursement) and even those will be day trips.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Helpdesk/Phone Support/Email Support: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Windows, Mac OS: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Active Directory: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Powershell: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Printer Assistance, Troubleshooting, PC maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Exchange: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Server/Network Administration, VOIP: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Server (08/12/16/19): 1 year (Preferred)
  • O365: 1 year (Preferred)
