Agility 360 is searching for an IT Asset Management Specialist for one of our clients. This would be an in office position in Coppell, TX.
The Asset Management Department is the technical logistics team that is responsible for technology equipment provisioning, shipping, and receiving back in a timely manner while maintaining ownership documentation. This position will be responsible for warranty support, shipping and receiving, inventory counts, maintaining stock levels, recycling, tasks fulfillment and one-off asset projects. This employee must be well organized and have attention to detail.

This position will be responsible for warranty support, shipping and receiving, inventory counts, maintaining stock levels, recycling, tasks fulfillment and one-off asset projects. This employee must be well organized and have attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving, inventory organization
- Working through a fulfillment ticket queue including break/fix replacements (Service Now)
- Inventory Processing (Service Now)
- Teams and Email Distribution List monitoring and responding to escalations
- Inventory Management – keeping assets in order, verify inventory counts, and keeping the environment safe
- Imaging and prepping equipment for onboarding and break fix
- QC returns and warranty
- Writing knowledge base articles to support our hardware
- One-off projects
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be able to work on site in Coppell TX and fully vaccinated.
- Basic Knowledge of Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
- At least 1 year of experience with computer hardware
- At least 1 year with a ITSM ticketing system
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Excel experience preferred
- Technical Certifications preferred
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Asset Management or Logistics experience preferred.
- 7 Month Contract position with a growing company.
- Location: Coppell, TX
- Must be able to work on site in Coppell TX and fully vaccinated
- Hourly Rate: $21/hr.
- Employment consideration is contingent on passing a background check
