About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a ISO 20022 Agile Product Owner (Business Execution Consultant) that is a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced professional to serve as lead Agile product owner for the Enterprise ISO 20022 Program.

This role will oversee execution of the ISO 20022 program supporting 90+ applications across Wells Fargo. Responsibilities will span from road mapping though prioritization and planning to managing the completion of business requirements, development, testing, and customer migration. This person will partner and coordinate with cross functional groups from the project office, sales, technology, operations, testing, and customer experience to deliver projects within time and budget constraints and with minimal customer impact.

In this role, you will:
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Ideal candidate would have 2 + years' experience with Agile Methodology, knowledge of SWIFT and ISO 20022 industry format.
  • Proficient in Agile Methodology-, including creation of use cases and EPICs
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization
  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing change
  • Ability to lead during times of ambiguity and change
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
Work locations: Charlotte, NC; New York, NY; Minneapolis, MN; Des Moines, IA; Irving, TX and Chandler, AZ.

Pay Range
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00 Annual
