We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to assist our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office programs, as well as experience working with computer hardware. The successful candidate for this position will demonstrate a commitment to excellence, a commitment to multitasking and an ability to be a part of a dynamic and innovative team.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct hardware and software problems.
- Communicate with users regarding repair methods, scheduling, and other pertinent information.
- Update the IT team on any changes when it comes to new hardware, software versions, and their possible impacts on existing systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve help desk tickets.
- Create documentation for help desk staff about various computer applications for easier troubleshooting of new tickets.
- Provide training for intermediate network support personnel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
