The Stimmel Agency in Iowa City is looking to add a key member to their experienced team. As a multi-line agency that has been a part of the community for the past 50 years and one of the top Farm Bureau Agencies in the country, we are looking for the right fit to join our team. • You will join a team of 5 professionals, who each have at a minimum 15 years of insurance experience.

First year $30,000 - $45,000 depending on experience, and monthly individual and team bonuses. Bonuses average $300-$400 / month ($3,600 - $4,800 / year) and could reach $500 / month ($6,000 / year) or more for the right person.

The Stimmel Agency offers Farm Bureau Insurance which is a comprehensive multi-line company with a product portfolio that includes, but is not limited to - auto, home, umbrella, farm and ranch, life insurance and investment products.

Our Training and Coaching:

We offer career development activities, job shadowing with seasoned managers, trainers, and support to ensure you learn the ropes and get off to your best start.

Insurance licenses to include Property / Casualty and Life / Health are preferred or must be obtained within 60 days of hire. Cost will be reimbursed by the agency after 6 months of continuous employment.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year (based on Experience) plus bonuses.

Experience:

• 1 year of Insurance Sales or 2 years of Outside Sales (Preferred)
