The Topocean Group has grown to be among one of the leading global supply chain management and freight solutions companies in the US. We are searching for motivated individuals who enjoy problem solving and solutions, and provide sales support for the position of Inside Sales (Full Time) at our Corporate Office in City of Industry, CA.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely and have throughout communication with vendors, truckers and customers to provide freight solutions
- High-end customer service & sales support functions
- Handle general shipping documents
- Co-ordinate and arrange shipments
- Monitor and information tracking
- Duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills via email, phone and in person
- A self-starter, team player and willing to learn
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior Customer Service & Sale experience is preferred
- Have enthusiasm and the drive to succeed
- Fluent in English and bilingual in Chinese is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Legal status to work in the US
