Pay: $22-$25/HR, based on experience level
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 7AM-5PM, must work an 8 hour shift, FLEXIBLE DAYS!!!
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for the following:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, livechat, and social media inquiries.
- Solve new or repeat customer problems by offering the right products or services.
- Manage the inbound sales process – create quotes, follow up, and close the sale.
- Help existing customers by resolving issues with their account or current order (updates, tracking, returns).
- Develop relationships with existingcustomers, including high-value and multi-location customers.
- Record frequently asked questions in the company Knowledge Base.
- Update customer tickets with detailed notes.
- Track and report on customer satisfaction and sales metrics.
Work Experience
The preferred candidate will have:
- 2-5 years inside sales experience, preferably in the building trades or home services market.
- Great communicator, both orally and written.
- Reliable transportation to/from Ashland, VA 23005.
- The ability to pass a Background and Drug Screening.
