We are looking for an Inside Account Managerto join ourteam and provide top-notch sales and customer service to our Massage Envy customers. The Inside Account Manager is responsible for achieving monthly sales goals and business objectives from yourlist of current customers. The Inside Account Managerinteracts with Massage Envy customers to build relationships, place and grow orders, and provide high level customer support. This individual has a strong attention to detail and enjoys providing solutions to dermatologists.
This position is remote/field based.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with the existing Massage Envy customer base and cultivate new business to achieve sales goals by consistently focusing on our Massage Envy customer service standards and going above and beyond for every customer at all times.
- Remain focused on monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and business objectives.
- Directly manage the performance of 200+ Massage Envy customers utilizing a virtual support model. Engage with customers by using outbound calls, virtual meetings and email communications.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer’s needs and design support methods to proactively provide a high level of customer service and grow sales.
- Work with the Director of Corporate Accounts to assist in organizing and executing clustertrainings. Travel to clustertraining as needed.
- Participate in ME team conference calls, marketing co-op calls, manager meetings pertaining to yourregion.
- Attend advanced training sessions to learn about product updates and revised protocols, and inspire customers to attend continuing education opportunities.
- Assist with event planning, marketing and product education/launches with your team and your customers.
- Document interactions with customers through C4C/Service Cloud
What We’re Looking for:
- A licensed esthetician with experience in sales and a passion for assisting Massage Envy customers.
- High level customer service skills and the ability to connect with aestheticians and staff.
- High attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside of the box
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with strong multi-tasking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence others for maximum effectiveness
- Actively seek in-depth understanding of PCA Skin and EltaMD products and services
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- An active esthetics license
- 3+ years in sales and customer service
- A documented history of sales success
- CRM customer management experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc)
Preferred Qualifications
- Call center or phone sales experience
- Strong understanding of current skin care ingredients, protocols and trends.
- Bilingual English/Spanish

Salary Range $64,000 - $92,400 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
