Poste et missions
Support the origination, execution, and syndication of debt financing in the loan, private placement, or debt capital markets, including distributions to international investors. Support the origination and execution of advisory mandates in Power & Renewable Energy, Energy & Natural Resources, Telecom, and Transportation, as well as markets in countries within the Americas (US, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and other selected markets/ countries).
- Assist in leading transactions on behalf of Natixis with the designated senior banker.
- Take leadership in transactions as directed by managers.
- Create, develop, or review construction and operating financial model of single or multiple assets.
- Create, author, and organize internal documents for management and credit approvals
- Create, develop, format, and edit Power Point slides for both internal and external presentations.
- Manage external advisors, including technical and legal advisors, as directed by the deal team leader or manager.
- Attend due diligence meetings or calls, as directed.
- Attend conferences and training as required or as directed.
- Contribute as needed and as instructed by the deal team leader and/ or manager.
Profil et compétences requises
MBA or comparable graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in infrastructure financing and/ or advisory and/ or portfolio; or
Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Engineering, sciences, and 3 years of direct experience in infrastructure financing and/ or advisory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Capable of creating a financial model for infrastructure assets independently.

Ability to manage own workflow/priorities and meet deadlines
Effective team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership and drive.
