As an Information Technology Specialist with The Cliffs, you will serve our Cliffs Clubs staff technology needs in all seven communities. This position is based out of the corporate office located north of Travelers Rest, South Carolina.

JOB DUTIES:

• Troubleshoot and correct PC hardware and software issues

• Review support desk requests and respond to user tickets

• Diagnose and resolve basic network problems

• Provide software support and training to users to help them become more efficient in their jobs

• Create/Maintain user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365

• Configure, install, and maintain VOIP hardware

• Set up file sharing

• Pull and terminate network cable

• Install TVs and other Audio Video Devices

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Windows; MacOS a plus

• General Audio/Video knowledge

• Prior experience with basic IP routing

• Capable of working independently to find answers to various user issues

• Wireless networking knowledge is preferred

• Certifications a plus

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record

• Local travel with use of Company vehicle

• Must be willing to work scheduled hours, on call hours and at times after scheduled hours

• Work Schedule:

o M-F 8-5PM

o 5PM-9PM weekdays (rotation)

o 8AM-9PM weekends/holidays (rotation)

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
