Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening for an Income Tax Partner. The position may reside in multiple offices, but San Francisco, CA, Philadelphia, PA, Bucks County, PA, Chester County, PA, or Montgomery County, PA are preferred.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the state where the office resides.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Superior academic record and excellent writing skills.
• Experience in M&A transactions, international transactions, and partnership taxation.
• Experience with state and local taxation and tax credits is a plus.
• Large law firm experience is preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.

Compensation & Benefits

• The salary range for this position applies to California. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $245,000 - $275,000.
