The In-House Closer/QC processes new and renewed consumer real estate loans.


Location
: Collinsville Loan Processing; 717 Vandalia, Collinsville, IL

Shift: Full-Time


PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES:


  • Produce accurate loan documents through an automated documentation system
  • Review documents for quality and regulatory requirements
  • Review files to certify that all loan policies and procedures are being met
  • Review title work for any requirements or issues that need to be addressed
  • Review homeowners and flood insurance for acceptability
  • Set up and organize loan documents in a standard file format
  • Report and review accuracy of HMDA data
  • Review operating agreements and trust agreements for applicable signers
  • Perform departmental duties as required to maintain adequate work flow
  • Perform other tasks, functions or projects as assigned


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of loan processing experience
  • Communication skills: verbal, written and listening
  • Team-oriented
  • Time-management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Methodical and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Aptitude and ability to learn


TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:


Working knowledge of:

  • Real estate loan documentation
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Microsoft Office
  • Computer systems
  • Office machines
