HVAC Journeyman/Service Manager Job at Wolfe Mechanical, Inc
WMI is seeking a highly skilled/10+ years field experience, business minded journeymen service technician with great potential for the possibility of ownership/partnership within the company.
Willing to train/assist field service technicians, daily customer relations involvement, full business operational skills.
Must be highly motivated, detail oriented, outgoing, personable, self-starter with the willingness to learn/grow within the company and looking to advance your career further in the HVAC-R industry.
Pay up to $200,000/YR commensurate with ability and skill level.
Knowledge and prior experience working on chillers, boilers, test chambers, refrigeration equipment, commercial/industrial equipment of all types and sizes. Verifiable experience in the HVAC-R industry. Must possess a valid EPA license. Must be able to pass a thorough background check/livescan, DMV and drug test.
Company vehicle, cell phone, company credit cards and major tools will be provided.
Holiday pay, bonuses, all medical, dental and vision insurance coverage, 401K and profit sharing included.
