Summary
Job Summary
Responsible for the support and implementation of approved organization wide employee engagement programs and practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports work with cross-functional teams to identify unique organizational needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of the employee engagement strategy.
- Supports business initiatives through coordination of focus groups, surveys, town halls, one-on-one interviews, engagement surveys, employee focus groups, Super UPIC, department UPIC s, etc.
- Assesses and supports employee engagement programs and events in order to uphold a positive workplace environment.
- Assists organization and implementation of programs and events to meet the changing demands of the workforce.
- Leverages events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement and organizational culture.
- Advises and consults with other HR staff on communications strategies.
- Works with team and Marketing to design, write, and produce internal communications, event, and program materials, including new articles, e-blasts, SharePoint, Facebook, etc. for the purpose of communicating critical information to team members.
- Oversees the organization's activities and recognition programs (i.e. Health System Week, Service Awards, etc.).
- Supports annual team member satisfaction survey and assists with mini-surveys throughout the year.
- Administers and adjusts the company's rewards, recognition, and activities systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration required upon hire OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources required upon hire OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Organizational Development required upon hire OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field required upon hire
- A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- A minimum of 1 year relevant experience required
- No licensure/certification/registration required
