Human Resources Specialist

One Fat Frog is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support our operations in Orlando, FL. The Human Resources Specialist will perform recruiting and administrative tasks to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations HR department.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Post new job listings to job boards & ATS
• Schedule candidates for and hold interviews throughout the week
• Provides clerical support to the HR department.
• Completes new hire onboarding.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Bilingual is a plus!)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS) and similar computer applications.
• Associates degree in related field, or at least 5 years of relative work experience.
