Key qualifications and Duties:

• Employee recruitment, retention, employee relations and payroll oversight and administration experience
• Benefits and personnel policy administration
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration or human resources. Extensive experience in HR field may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
• Two or more years of HR experience
• Two years of prior experience in a long-term facility, preferred
• Proficient w/ computer programs: Microsoft Office, HRIS, LMS, Payroll
• PHR or SHRM – CP Certification preferred
• Knowledge of HR laws required
