MBTW is a family of regional craft breweries in the U.S. Southeast region, including Oyster City Brewing Company in the Florida Panhandle, Central Florida and Alabama; Catawba Brewing in North Carolina, Palmetto Brewing in South Carolina, and Faubourg Brewing Company in New Orleans, Louisiana. This collective of fantastic craft beer brands is supported today by 5 production breweries and 10 taprooms across 6 states. Currently ranked in the top 50 of craft breweries in the U.S. based on volumes, our vision is to become the No. # 1 ranked craft brewery in the U.S. Southeast, as we continue to grow our footprint through new acquisitions of local brands serving local communities across the region.

The Position

As such, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager / Director to join our Management Team in order to help drive this vision of growth. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of MBTW, the Director will be responsible for:

· Managing the compensation & benefits for our employees and ensuring the day-to-day administrative and human resources function for the company, including working with our third party service partner on: HR data record keeping, time keeping and payroll, and benefits administration, and matters of employee performance and conduct;

· Ensuring as MBTW grows, that we have standardized employment policies and procedures across the organization;

· Managing the talent acquisition function, to recruit the best talent as MBTW grows;

· Developing a strong learning culture, focused on employee on-boarding and training & development programs;

· Benchmarking compensation and incentive bonuses; ensuring our employees are rewarded in alignment to clearly set and specific performance targets;

· Working closely with the leadership team to develop Talent Management tools and reviews and ensure robust succession planning for all critical roles as we continue to identify the resources and skills needed for the future;

· Being the custodian of employee engagement and culture for the organization

The incumbent should have at least 5-7 years of HR management experience and enjoying thriving in a dynamic, fast paced environment. 30% travel is expected to our locations. Ideally, the successful candidate will be located in our central offices in New Orleans, LA; however, can be flexibly located in the US Southeast region where MBTW is located. Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
