Description

Assist in the development of and to administer a wide variety of Human Resource services as a trusted partner and a member of the Human Resources team. Consult with the HR team and business partners to take actions on emerging people related topics. Translate business requirements into human capital imperatives and utilizes the full value chain of HR to derive relevant HR solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business. Play a key role in orchestrating and facilitating HR process improvements, providing key data insights for talent solutions and support for a positive organizational culture and structure.

Duties

Provide support and consultation within the Americas Distribution Services and Marketing human resources team enabling organizational effectiveness and culture.

Partner with the HR team to ensure accurate and up to date HCM data

Management and improvement of HR process excellence initiatives

Extracting and analyzing talent data to partner with HR team on data driven solutions

Involvement with various HR projects aligned to strategic business initiatives

Client support for a population of team members

Assist with coordinating the resolution of employee issues and problems in the following areas:

  • Performance Management
  • Relocations/International Service Employee Issues
  • Employee Insights
  • Internal Investigations
  • Various other Human Resources related duties

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

At least 2 years in a human resources role such as HR Rep, SS Rep, HR Coach, talent acquisition, COE, etc.

Knowledge or experience with project management methodologies as they will participate in multiple projects representing expertise for the application or process.

Top Candidates Will Also Have

Master’s degree or higher in HR

Analytical skills with ability to identify multiple approaches to problem solving and recommend the best solution

Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining relations with the hiring managers in span of support. Experience managing multiple internal customers with ease.

Influencing and Negotiation skills: Experience leading and coordinating efforts for recruiting team(s) assigned to support requisitions in span of support without a solid line reporting relationship.

Experience working with software engineering and/or data science jobs/ organizations
