The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a thought leader who aligns HR strategies with the business objectives. This role partners with our rural Nevada teams to establish and implement HR initiatives which foster organizational and people development leading towards successful execution of our strategic plan.
Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the HRBP is skilled in building effective partnerships with all levels of employees and has a demonstrated history of implementing successful programs that contribute to the business results. The HRBP advises leadership in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
Desired Education or Certification Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field and 3 years of professional human resources experience preferred. Healthcare human resources experience is desirable.
