ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate office machines, such as copiers and scanners, voicemail systems, and personal computers.
- Answer telephone calls and take messages.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, explain information, and address possible complaints.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, and mailing.
- Compile, copy, sort and file office records.
- Assist HR Coordinator in Recruiting process.
- Assist in perfecting HR processing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties satisfactorily:
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Strong computer skills to include excel spreadsheets, MS Word, and Power Point.
- Strong communication skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
- Must be able to problem solve and execute solutions.
- Must exhibit teamwork.
- Must have excellent attendance.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
