Regent Cabinets is hiring an HR Manager in Lakewood, NJ.
As a Human Resource Manager, you will manage and oversee all human resource activities, including but not limited to running the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Regent Cabinets, a member of the HCI portfolio, is a provider of custom cabinets, countertops and related hardware to the multi-family construction industry. The Company also imports pre-cut stone, marble and quartz countertops that are sold with their cabinets. Regent is currently focused on the premium, 100+ unit segment of the multi-family market in the US.
The Human Resource Manager responsibilities and experience include:
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Administering compensation and benefit plans.
- Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
- Bilingual - Spanish speaking highly desirable.
- Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Human Resource Manager or similar position.
- Leadership, time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Maintaining records, payroll, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary reporting and documentation.
