HR & Administrative Assistant- PART TIME Job at Premier Brands of America, Inc.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; and relaying messages.
· Meet and greet visitors and clients. Provides information by answering questions and requests.
· Onboarding new employees
· Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
· Files documents into appropriate training files.
· Assist to create and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, invoices etc.
· Assists with the planning of all company social events.
· Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
· Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
· Take minutes during meetings
· Make travel and accommodation arrangements
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
