About the role...
Responsible for the cleaning of all public areas to include entrances, doorways, sidewalks, public restrooms and lobby. While providing great customer service.
What you’ll be doing...
- To ensure that the highest standard of cleanliness are met.
- To report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Public area lead.
- Clean public area according to the SOP’s
- Follow the Company’s Rules and Regulations at all times.
- Follow all safety and OSHA regulations
- Make sure to have enough amenities to meet guest needs.
- Make sure to have cleaning chemicals to complete task on time
- To maintain a close working relationship between the rest of the Hotel departments and Resort.
- Follow key policies accordingly.
Who we’re looking for...
- Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment
- Prior Housekeeping, cleaning, and customer service experienced preferred
- High school or GED preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for sustained periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
- Must be able to push, pull housekeeping cart
- Must be able to bend twist bend squat.
- Must be able to go up and down stairs
