Get a flexible work schedule by being an Independent Cleaner with us. We are currently looking for qualified independent house cleaners with previous cleaning experience to join our company.

Non-exclusive - No problem if you already have your own customers. Use Tidy and Shine to fill-in the gaps in your schedule.

Pick your territory - You set the areas that you want to work.

Make great money! - We pay an average of $25-$35 per hour, plus Tips. That's about $1000 - $1800 per week, depending on how much you want to work.

Weekly payouts - Payouts are processed on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Must Have: 1+ years house cleaning experience
  • Speak English (or being able to use a translator app)
  • Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers
  • Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance

Access to a smart phone and email (and Internet connection at all times)

Once a housecleaner is accepted to work with our company, we will begin to send you jobs as soon as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will begin to build an ongoing client base.

Qualifications:

  • Be available Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Cell phone is required
  • Must speak English
