Horse/ Ranch caretaker Job at Horse farm
Looking for a Horse farm worker- feeding/watering horses, turnouts, cleaning stalls, general property maintenance, etc... horse experience preferred
Driving a tractor and farm equipment a plus. Able to fix fences, help with landscaping, barn projects.
5 day work week 6am-3pm with an hour lunch break and paid morning break.
Option of shorter days 6am-11:30 am
Great location, horses and people!! Looking for a dependable person, with attention to detail, hard worker and someone who can take initiative. Flexible schedule, yearly bonus pay, continuing education.
Leading and handling horses, blanketing, noticing eating habits, and general first aid. We are a professional barn (this is not a grooming or riding position).
Upkeep of property includes dragging arenas, mowing, basic landscaping, fence repair, etc. Equipment includes tractor, atv, drag, manure spreader, water trailer, zero turn mower and other basic farm equipment.
