A Management Trainee will be the liaison between Client and Care Professionals providing support and guidance through daily interactions with scheduling, client visits, relationship building and developing/retention of Care Professionals. This position will provide an opportunity to grow your leadership skills and gain knowledge in the home health care industry.
The Management Trainee will earn an annual salary of $40,000/year based on a 40-hour work week (paid out at an hourly rate) with access to a full benefit package.
Qualifications of Management Trainee
- 4-year bachelor’s degree with an emphasis is Social Work, Gerontology, and/or health care administration preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 55 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance
- Must pass drug screening
- Pass an extensive criminal background check
- Fully vaccinated against Covid19
