Canyon Home Care & Hospice is hiring a community liaison to join our talented team of caring professionals. Looking for ways to support people and facilities drained by the ongoing pandemic? Looking to get creative and make a difference? This is the role for you!

Sales experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

  • Works with all possible referral sources to educate them on the company.
  • Responsible for the implementation of market business development initiatives which support the achievement of growth objectives and strategies of the healthcare programs.
  • Responsible for establishing regional referral relationships and partnership opportunities with major regional resources.
  • Adds creative ideas to continue developing cutting-edge marketing plans.
  • Must be flexible to accommodate schedule changes.
  • May require travel up to 90% of the time.
  • May also require work after normal business hours to accommodate referrals and client needs.
  • Completes reports: weekly on marketing activities, monthly summaries of marketing activities, and annually for company report on growth, stability, changes, etc. in assigned marketing program (director is responsible for overall company profile).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three to five years in marketing, managed care, pharmacy, network development, general management, or related field.
  • Preferred health care experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills, phone skills.
  • Organizational skills, along with a desire to serve and think creatively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,250.00 - $82,367.00 per year
