Health Link Home Health Agency is searching for a dynamic, high energy, HOME HEALTH AIDE to join our growing team in The San Francisco Bay Area. We offer TOP OF MARKET compensation with flexibility to allow for work/life balance.
We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities·
Perform personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc.)
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, range of motion
- Meeting safety needs of patients and using medical equipment safely
- Skin care to prevent breakdown of tissue
- Take vital signs

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven working experience as home health aide
Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens
Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
Proficiency in English
Nursing and health care administration skills
Caring and compassionate personality
Current CPR certificate
First Aid training
Valid driver’s licence
High school degree
