Home Care Registered Nurse job offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health Care organization in Stamford, CT. Home Care Registered Nurses will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.
- Full Time / 13-Week Contract
- 5-6 home visits per day
The ideal Home Care Registered Nurse candidates will maintain:
- At least 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience
- Admissions / Case Management experience
- Current CT State License
- Current BLS (AHA)
- OASIS – 48-hour turnaround
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
