Milestone Senior Services is looking to fill the position of Home Care Aide. In this position you will have the opportunity to provide one on one personal care in our client’s home environment, have flexible scheduling for work/life balance, and a full benefit package.

Qualifications

• Completion of home health aide training or skill-based training is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in personal care, homemaking, and respite.
• Good communication skills and experience working with older adults are also required.
• Must possess a strong service orientation, including active listening, critical thinking skills, and close monitoring of clients.
• Additionally, must have reliable transportation with State minimum insurance to commute to a customer’s home and/or to transport our customers.
• Availability for weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Non - Exempt position with starting hourly wage of $14.98 - $17.12, which will be adjusted for experience.
