Lead and engage groups of athletes engaged in sport specific skills and drills, marketed by TCO and Training HAUS to be executed within TCO/Training HAUS facilities.

Monday - Friday, with some nights and weekends.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health).

Essential Functions:

• Maintain routine schedule of skills and drills as advertised and promoted through TCO/Training HAUS
• Develop and maintain rapport with clients coming to sport specific skills/drills sessions
• Provide instruction of sport specific skills and drills within the scope of practice defined by education, certification and/or state licensure being applied to instruction of such classes
• Communicate with coworkers and therapy managers in professional manner
• Collaborate with therapy managers, physical therapists and sports performance coaches across the organization as needed
• Maintain safe environment for self, staff and patients
• Communicate with supervisor regarding any safety or incident report issues occurring during fitness classes or personal training sessions.
• Any and all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree required in one of the following areas
  • Coaching
  • Exercise physiology
  • Kinesiology
  • Nutrition and Wellness
  • Athletic Training
  • Physical Therapy

• Proof of up to date CPR/BLS certification

Essential Requirements:

Ability to:

• Comply with company policies, procedures, practices and business ethics guidelines.
• Complete job required training.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, (e.g. HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, employment laws, etc.)
• Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance
• Work in the clinic, office or surgery center during business hours
• Travel independently throughout the clinic, office or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
• Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines
• Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
• Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
• Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Understand and execute a variety of instructions
• Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Travel to other work locations, if required
