Location: Lakeshore High School, Stevensville, MI 49127
Qualifications:
Required:
- Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with Highly Qualified Endorsements
in Social Studies (RX or CA, CC or CD) - Enthusiastic
- Student-centered
- High level communication skills
- Motivated to achieve success with all students
- Proficient in the use of technology
Preferred:
- Successful high school teaching or student teaching experience in Social Studies
- Willingness to be an active contributor in Professional Learning Communities
- Academically focused and committed to measurable student achievement and accountability.
- Committed to developing relationships and resources with colleagues whose rigor will be integral in supporting the mission of Lakeshore High School.
- Willingness to take on extra duty positions or coach, supporting students outside of the school day
