Help Desk Engineer - Day 1 Onsite Job at Cyberthink
- Expertise in Windows 10 and post migration support
- Experience in build/ imaging of physical Windows 10 desktop PCs and laptops is MUST
- Use of migration tool to track and co-ordinate PC builds like SCCM
- Windows 10 issues generated via Support ticket management system
- Experience with general desk side support and physical Desktop PC installations
- Experience with a previous large scale Windows migration project
- Excellent customer facing skills, comfortable working with all different levels of staff
- Good communication skills
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $43.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bridgewater, NJ 08807: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
