Heavy Equipment Operator (D8) Job at Drake Cement

Responsibilities:
Operate dozer to move, stockpile, and load material for customers and plant in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate other heavy machinery equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct pre and post-shift inspections to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist in maintenance.
- Ensure proper material handling for quality purposes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 years experience operating haul truck or similar equipment.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at heights off the ground.
- Must wear safety equipment while on site.
- Outdoor working conditions. Heat, Cold, Noise, etc.
