Job Details for Payment Posting Specialist:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Normal Business Hours
- Pay Rate: $20 - 23 / hour, based on relevant experience
Job Responsibilities & Description for Payment Posting Specialist:
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly posting of payments
- Review EOB's for accuracy
- Correct posting errors
- Following up with organizations and carriers when payment batches are inaccurate
Job Requirements for Payment Posting Specialist
- At least 2 years of experience with Medical/Healthcare payment posting
- Knowledge of all types of payment posting (Cash, Electronic, etc)
- Knowledge of EOB's, ERA's and EFT's
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle
- Completion of background check prior to starting
