Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring for a Healthcare Recruiter in Nacogdoches, TX. This position is with a large Healthcare company and will be working in a fast-paced environment. The Healthcare Recruiter will partner with Administrators/CEOs and Facility Hiring Managers to determine recruiting specifications and facilitate recruiting strategy. This is a HYBRID position! Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Partner with Administrator/CEOs and Facility Hiring Managers to determine recruiting specifications and facilitate recruiting strategy
• Develop a deep understanding of the facilities and services and organizational culture
• Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to find candidates through a variety of methods including complex Internet searches, social and professional networking groups, and the development of existing candidate relationships
• Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates for assigned positions
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
• Identify and submit qualified candidates to the hiring team based on the provided job description
• Coordinate schedules with office and clinical personnel to meet with qualified candidates
• Thoroughly vet candidates to ensure their interests and credentials align with our organization's needs
• Successfully negotiate compensation within budget parameters
• Actively participating in assisting incoming employees in their transition to our organization

Healthcare Recruiter Requirements:

• Experience with an Application Tracking Systems such as Oracle, Taleo
• Basic computer knowledge such as MS Outlook, Excel, and MS Word
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant work/life experience.
• 2 to 4 years of Recruiting Experience
• Healthcare or Clinical Recruiting Experience preferred
