The Licensed Agent or Broker role with RateQuote Direct will be different from what you may have seen from other Agencies in the Tampa area. Agents who decide to join us will receive a healthy base salary, higher than most if not all of our competitors. You will have access to benefits and have PTO. Leads will be screened and sent to you.

In this role, we need people who can perform. We need people who know insurance or are willing to learn. Its a fast paced and transactional sales environment where the best Agents build rapport through their product knowledge.

One of the best parts is...we WANT you to sell ACA plans to your consumers. ACA plans allow pre-existing conditions to be covered and are also subsidized by the government depending on how much money someone earns in a given year.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to your sales station daily 9-6p (1 hour lunch, two 15 minute breaks)
• Learn the products and sales script during 1 week training
• Come out of training with a pace that proves you will meet goals
• Regularly hitting policy submission and Annual Premium goals by end of month 1
• Compliantly sell the correct products to consumers based on the consumers needs
• Become an expert in discussing the Health and Life products RateQuote Direct offers
• Be coachable and willing to learn

Minimum Qualifications:

• Florida 2-15 License (Health and Life)
• HS Diploma required; Bachelors Degree is not necessary
• Clean background
• 2+ years of successful sales experience

Salary: $43,127.61 - $135,002.92 per year
