Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in professional project or program management in sales, customer experience, business development, consulting, industry solutions, marketing for Google cloud, data management, or technical infrastructure products and services.
  • Experience in customer-facing (such as customer experience, sales, marketing).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in delivering sales, product marketing, and/or technical marketing customer engagement initiatives at scale.
  • Experience in presenting to and facilitating conversations with enterprise customers at customer experience centers or similar.
  • Understanding of enterprise customer requirements and Google Cloud’s products and solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage high-visibility communication effectively.

In this role, you will both lead a team and collaborate with account teams to craft and deliver compelling agendas that will inspire, engage, and educate enterprise executives and decision makers to drive business objectives, while providing oversight of the briefing center and program.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$193,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day program management of Cloud Space, including overseeing a team of program managers and vendors and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships within the Go-To-Market teams and service organizations to ensure an impactful program.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of the executive briefing experience from pre-planning, on-site day of experience and post-meeting debrief.
  • Lead all account teams, customer communications, developing agendas, curating, and customizing content, identifying and preparing appropriate presenters, capturing customer insights and action items throughout the briefing.
  • Continuously improve the briefing program by proactively identifying areas of opportunity, including developing and piloting new customer engagement offerings, creating new marketing assets, partnering with key local stakeholders.
