Handyman Position-Restoration work Job at Rainbow Restoration
Rainbow Restoration Chula Vista, CA 91911
Repairs due to water damage or mold damage in homes. Restore Cabinetry, flooring, drywall, baseboard, paint. etc..
Respond to request for standard or emergency repairs or other associated services from general and/or resident managers on a timely basis.
Repair plumbing, electrical, safety components or structural elements as needed.
Perform turn-over involving but not limited to demolition, cleaning, dry wall repair, structural repair, painting, cabinets installation, plumbing work, and electrical work.
Test performance of appliances.
Keep storage facilities and equipment organized.
Perform job with attention to detail and quality.
Must have reliable transportation and basic tools.
Job Skills
Experience with plumbing and electrical systems
Experience with common and power tools
Painting and Drywall
Tile and vinyl flooring
Ability to communicate well
Willingness to uphold company standard for safety, tenant service and efficiency
Disciplined, punctual and friendly
Speak English
