Who You Are:

We are seeking a part-time Handyman / Technician to join our rapidly growing team. You will be an important member of our Property Management Team. You must like working in and around a home, be a self-starter, service oriented and a team player.

The Work - daily hands-on home repair and maintenance responsibilities both inside the home and on the property including jobs such as:

• Interior & exterior carpentry, painting, spackling and patching
• Drywall & sheetwork work
• General repair of floors, stairs/railings, doors, windows
• Assembly & installation of furniture and art hanging
• TV mounting and installation
• Minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repair & troubleshooting
• Exterior cleaning and maintenance (pressure washing)

Your Experience:

• You should have some prior experience working in residential home services or similar experience in a hospitality services company
• General knowledge of home smart devices a PLUS
• General knowledge of irrigation systems and wet checks a PLUS
• General knowledge of mechanical and HVAC systems a PLUS
• Comfortable managing client and vendor interactions

Job requirements:

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Clear English language communicator
• Flexible on shift schedules including some weekends and holidays
• Ok with being on rotation for on-call after hours emergencies
• Ability to multi-task and rapidly get high quality work done
• Must have valid driver’s license for 3+ years and an acceptable driving record
• Clear background check

• Makes things happen. You’re the sort of person who just pulls solutions out of their hat.
