BGCLC is looking for a passionate, fun-loving, energetic individual to help foster a fun, safe, and positive summer experience for school-aged youth in Larimer County.

In this position, you will:

• Have fun, laugh, and be silly.
• Lead school-aged youth in different activities such as academic enrichment, recreation, technology, sports, and the arts.
• Ensure the physical, social, and emotional safety for all Club Members.
• Act as a role model and mentor for youth ages 6 - 18 (ages vary based on the Club location).

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• 460 experience hours working with groups of four or more youth ages 5-12. (Some locations)

Specialized Skills

• Bilingual Spanish speaking is highly preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications.
• Candidates must be able to pass a drug test that includes screening for marijuana, criminal and driving records investigations, and reference checks.
